This is an 8" White Inticer flasher with a custom design pattern that includes green, pearl and a large fluorescentorange eye on the front and glow cracked ice on the back.   It also has a silver fish scale on the front that is less likely to come of because it is over top of smooth tapes.  The flasher comes with 2 large swivels.
